Spinach Dip 1

Ingredients
- 2 cans artichokes
- 2 bags frozen spinach chopped
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 tablespoons crushed garlic
- 1 stick mozzarella cheese
- 1 stick Monterey jack cheese
- 1 stick Philadelphia Cream Cheese
- Romano or parmesan cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Saute onions and garlic and add cream cheese. Cook on low heat until melted. Drain as much water off the spinach as you can and add to onions and garlic. Then drain artichokes and smash them or break them up and add them in. Then add all the cheese and sprinkle on romano or parmesan cheese. Put in a casserole bowl and bake for 20-30 minutes.
