Spinach Balls

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 packages frozen chopped spinach
- 3 cups Pepperidge herb bread crumbs
- 1 large onion chopped
- 4 eggs beaten
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme

Preparation
Step 1
Cook spinach according to directions - let cool - squeeze thoroughly dry. Cook onions in butter until tender. Add onions and the rest of the ingredients to spinach. Mix well and let sit for 20 minutes. Roll in 1 inch balls and bake at 350 F for 10 to 12 minutes.
