Pineapple Upsidedown Cake

Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 can crushed pineapple drain and save juice
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup dark brown sugar packed

Step 1
Prepare cake mix according to box directions but use pineapple juice from can of crushed pineapple in place of water. You may need to add water to the juice to reach required amount. In a greased baking pan, pour in melted butter and mix in brown sugar. Mix drained pineapple with brown sugar and butter mixture and spread evenly onto bottom of pan. Pour cake batter over pineapple mixture, do not stir. Bake in oven at 350 F for 32 - 35 minutes. Let cake cool for 15 minutes before turning over onto serving platter.
