I was looking for a cold salad that did not contain mayonnaise. This is perfect for summer meals.

Ingredients

  • 1 can salmon, pulled apart
  • chopped onion, as much as you like
  • 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 8 oz shell macaroni

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cook shells as directed on box.
Drain.
2. Remove skin, bones, and dark meat from canned salmon.
3. Mix rest of ingredients together.
4. Add salmon and mixed sauce to shells and cool.
