Ginger Garlic Pork Chops
A tasty pork dinner. I recommend using your favorite cooking oil other than a cooking spray. The brown sugar reacts kindlier oil than the spray.

Ingredients
- 4 4oz Pork Loins boneless
- 2 T Brown Sugar
- 2 t Paprika ( used hot Hungarian because that's how I roll)
- 2 t Coriander ground
- 1/2 t Crushed Red Pepper
- 1 T Ginger minced
- 2 t Garlic cloves minced
- Green Onion for garnish ( optional)
- S&P to taste

Step 1
Lightly score a diamond pattern on both sides of pork. Combine the rest of the ingredient's, except green onion, into a small bowl and mix. Rub evenly over pork.
Heat a large non stick skillet over medium high heat. Add oil. Add pork. Cook on each side until done. About 5 mins each side.
Garnish with green onion.
