Honey Mustard Pork Chops with Rosemary and Garlic

Ingredients
- 4 center cut pork loin chops
- 1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
- 4 tablespoon olive oil, divided
- Kosher salt
- Fresh cracked black pepper
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, minced

Step 1
1.Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
2.Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large cast iron skillet, over medium-high heat.
3.In a small bowl, combine the whole grain mustard, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt, and pepper. Pat pork chops dry with a paper towel. Coat both side of the pork chops with the mustard mixture.
4.In another small bowl, stir together the dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, soy sauce, garlic, and rosemary. Set aside.
5.Sear the pork chops for 2 to 3 minutes. Turn over and pour the honey mustard mixture over the top of each pork chop.
6.Place skillet in the oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
7.Spoon any sauce that remains in the skillet over the top of the pork chops.
