Reese's PB Cup Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • 3 very ripe bananas
  • 1/2 C peanut butter
  • 1/4 C vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 C sugar
  • 1/4 C brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 C flour
  • 1/2 t baking soda
  • 1 1/2 t baking powder
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 8 oz bag of Reese's mini cups

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat over to 350. Grease loaf pan. In medium bowl, whisk together your flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt, set aside.

In a large bowl, stir together bananas, peanut butter, oil, egg and sugars.

Pour your dry ingred. into your wet ingred. and stir until just combined. Batter will be lumpy; do not over-stir.

Fold in the Reese's Mini cups and spread batter into prepared pan.

Bake for appox. 1 hr until toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Let cool for 10 mins in pan. Loosen edges with knife and remove from pan; let cool on cooling rack.

Notes: If you notice bread browning too quickly, lower oven temp to 325 and tent bread w/ foil. If you over stir the batter, bread will be crumbly; do not over stir
