Chicken Cordon Bleu Soup

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts cooked
- 5-6 slices of ham
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4-1/2 cup butter
- 1 c. flour
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 4 c. half and half (can use 2 c. half and half and 2 cups almond milk)
- 1 c. Swiss cheese
- 1 c. Mozzarella
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/2 tsp thyme

Step 1
Pepper, salt, worchestershire and hot sauce to taste.
Cook chicken breast any way. Cut up chicken and ham in cubes. Saute onion and garlic in butter but do not brown. Add flour to mixture. Gradually add chicken broth and blend well to prevent lumps. Heat to boiling. Add half and half and simmer slowly a few minutes. Add chicken, ham, cheeses, thyme, bay leaf and seasonings to your taste. Heat til hot, remove Bay leave, Serve.
