Ingredients

  • 4 cups water
  • 4 tsp Kitchen Bouquet
  • 4 tsp beef bouillon granules or 2 beef bouillon cubes
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 2 cups prime rib roast chopped
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms coarsely chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Cook prime rib until done.

Pour any drippings into saucepan. Add water, Kitchen Bouquet, and beef boullion. Heat.

Add sour cream and chopped prime rib roast and mushrooms. Heat**SLOWLY**. Do not boil. Serve and enjoy!
