Grilled Salmon

Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp white wine
- splash of lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp mayo
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp dill
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp basil
- 1/2 tsp lemmon pepper on fish

Preparation
Step 1
Lay the salmon bone or skin down on a double layer of aluminum foil ( on the dull side of the foil) that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Fold up the sides of the foil to make a pan so the juices don't run over. Dribble white wine over the salmon adn a little bit of lemon juice. Then spread 1 Tbsp of mayo over the fish. Combine above ingredients in a small bowl.
Sprinkle mixture over the fish, then sprinkle paprika. Cook on hot grill for 10 - 12 minutes.
