Napa Cabbage Salad

Ingredients
- Dressing:
- 1 Head Napa Cabbage
- 1 1/2 bunches green onions
- (slice and mix together)
- 2 pkgs Raman Noodles
- 2 oz Sesame seeds
- 4 oz sliced almonds
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup oil
- fresh ginger
- soy sauce to taste 4-6 TBS

Step 1
Dressing:
Grate or slice fresh ginger to taste and add to other ingredients.
Mix all ingredients and bring to a boil for one minute. Set aside to cool. Strain.
Remove seasoning packets from noodles, crush and brown in butter. When noodles begin to brown, add almonds, stirring often to keep from burning. When those ingredients are almost completed browning add sesame seeds. (they will burn quickly!) Let cool.
Toss cabbage and onions. Add the noodle mixture then pour dressing over and mix.
Some times I use chicken breasts diced up to salad.
