Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 4 bananas, finely crushed
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (I like pecans but any nut works)
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Step 1
Preheat Oven 350 degrees
1.Cream together butter and sugar.
2.Add eggs and crushed bananas.
3.Add Nuts and combine well.
4.Sift together flour, soda and salt. Add to creamed mixture. Add vanilla.
5.Pour into greased and floured loaf pan.
6.Bake at 350 degrees for 60 to 85 minutes (should have clean tooth pick)
7.Cool in pan for 10 minutes finish cooling on wrack. Keeps well, refrigerated
