  • 4 Granny Smith Apples, peeled and sliced
  • 2 Cups Apple Juice
  • 2 Cups Water
  • 2 1/2 cups Arborio Rice
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/8 tsp. cloves
  • 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup butter, sliced

Preparation

Step 1

Place all the ingredients in your lined or sprayed crockpot. Cook on low for 8-10 hours overnight. Serve warm for breakfast, or separate out into individual containers for meal prep.
