Dark Chocolate Crisps with Raspberry cream

Boozy whip cream on chocolate crisps. Bite sized goodness

Ingredients

• 1 cup cream
• 1-2 tsp. powdered sugar
• 1-2 tsp. vanilla paste
• 1/2 cup raspberries, fresh or frozen
• 1-2 tsp orange liquor (optional)
• Store bought chocolate potato crisps

Preparation

Step 1

Whip cream by hand or with a mixer. To this, add a pinch or two of powdered sugar, a dollop of orange liquor, vanilla and a small handful of raspberries until delightfully pink. Spoon cream onto crisps and top with a raspberry.
