Ingredients
- ● 3 tbsp. butter
- ● 3/4 cup brown sugar
- ● 3-4 large peaches, peeled and sliced thick
- ● 8 tbsp. butter
- ● 3/4 cup sugar
- ● 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ● 2 eggs,
- ● 1 1/2 cups flour
- ● 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- ● 1/4 tsp salt
- ● 1/2 cup milk

Preparation
Step 1
1. Place 3 tbsps. of butter and the light brown sugar in pan over high heat and stir until the sugar has melted. It should begin to bubble, at which point you should remove it from the heat and let it cool.
2. Place the peach slices down in the pan
3. Beat the 8 tbsps. of butter and sugar together until fluffy.
4. Beat in the vanilla and eggs
5. In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt together.
6. Stir the dry ingredients into the batter.
7. Stir in the milk.
8. Pour the batter over the peaches in the pan.
9. Bake 350*F for 45 minutes or until the edges of the cake pull from the sides and the center is not gooey.
10. Flip the cake onto a plate.
11. Serve warm. Serves 8-10.
