Ingredients

  • Cream 110g marg with 1 cup sugar
  • Beat in 2 eggs, one at a time
  • Add 2-3 mashed bananas
  • Add 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • Add ¾ teaspoon Bicarbonate of Soda which has been dissolved in ½ cup milk

Preparation

Step 1

Mix until smooth

Pour mixture into a greased loaf pan.

Bake at 350 for about 1 hour.

Note: The mixture can also be used to make muffins. Reduce the baking time accordingly.

Serve buttered with a cup of tea or coffee.

Tastes best when shared.
