  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 2 large bananas
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned or rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup almond flour/meal
  • 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Preheat oven to 375°F and prepare 9 cavities of a muffin pan with cooking spray. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high until oats are broken down in batter is smooth and creamy.
