Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Dry Red Wine
- 1 Tbsp Fresh Rosemary, Chopped (OR)
- 2 Tsp Dried Rosemary
- 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 Garlic Cloves, Chopped
- 1/2 Tsp Garlic Salt
- 1 1/2 Lb Sirloin Steak (1 Inch Thick)

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients (except steak) in a glass baking dish. Add steak and turn to coat. Marinate 1 hour at room temperature or refrigerate up to 6 hours, turning occasionally. Prepare barbecue or preheat broiler. Drain marinade into a small saucepan and boil for 1 minute and reserve to pass as sauce. Grill or broil steak to desired doneness, about 4 minutes per side for medium rare. Transfer to platter and thinly slice across the grain. Serve with marinade.
