Ingredients
- 2 cups hot water
- 3 tsp raw white rice or brown rice
- 1 cabbage leaf
- 1/8 onion
- 1/2 clove garlic
- 1 celery stalk
- 5 spinach leaves
- 1 bouillon cube
- 1 oz Asiago Cheese
- 1/8 cup skim milk powder
- Flax seeds and avocado can be added for texture

Preparation
Step 1
Add first 3 ingredients. Select variable speed 1 and increase to 10 to high speed. Run for 5 minutes. Add spinach, celery and onion at end on variable speed 4 chopped until desired consistency. Add vegies for crunch or pumpkin seeds or cheese on top.
