Ingredients

  • 2/3 C olive oil
  • 6 T apple cider vinergar
  • 2 T brown mustard
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 4 tsp anchovy paste
  • 3/4 pound green beans
  • 2 pounds medium size red-skinned potatoes (about 6)
  • 1 C thinly sliced green onions
  • 8 bacon strips cooked, crumbled
  • 1/2 C grated Parmesan cheese
