Ingredients
- 2/3 C olive oil
- 6 T apple cider vinergar
- 2 T brown mustard
- 2 garlic cloves
- 4 tsp anchovy paste
- 3/4 pound green beans
- 2 pounds medium size red-skinned potatoes (about 6)
- 1 C thinly sliced green onions
- 8 bacon strips cooked, crumbled
- 1/2 C grated Parmesan cheese
