Kiwi Pear Smoothie
If you don't eat kiwi, you are missing out! Potassium, vitamin C, and fiber all in one little package. To eat kiwi or use it in the recipe, cut off the top and scoop out the insides... how cool is that!
Ingredients
- 8 oz plain yogurt
- 1 pear, peeled and diced (or just cut up for Vitamix)
- 1 banana, peeled and chunked
- 1/4 c honey
- 1 c ice cubes
- 6 kiwifruit

Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a blender or Vitamix and blend.
