Ingredients

- 1 T.Black Sesame Seeds
- 1 T. Regular Sesame Seeds
- 1 roma tomato, chopped
- 2 salmon fillets
- 1/4 C. Mayo
- 1 1/2 t. rice vinegar
- 1 1/2 t. soy sauce
- 1/2 t. ginger
- 1/4 t. chinese hot mustard
- 1 t. garlic
- 1 t. fresh cilantro
- 1/4 t. lemon juice

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place salmon in a glass baking dish.
In a small bowl, mix together all ginger aidi ingredients. Pour over salmon and spread smooth.
In a small bowl, combine sesame seeds. Sprinkle on top of salmon.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with a fork. Top with tomato and serve.
