Tomato Sauce for Shellfish

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3-4 cloves garlic
- 1 small onion
- 3 TBS butter
- 2 28 oz cans crushed tomatoes
- !/2 tsp each of oregano, salt, cayene pepper, parsley, basil
- 1 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/4 cup dry white wine

Preparation
Step 1
brown garlic and onion in olive oil. Add other ingredients and cook for 1 1/2-2 hours
Serve with shrimp, scallops, calamari, etc.
