Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3-4 cloves garlic
  • 1 small onion
  • 3 TBS butter
  • 2 28 oz cans crushed tomatoes
  • !/2 tsp each of oregano, salt, cayene pepper, parsley, basil
  • 1 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine

Step 1

brown garlic and onion in olive oil. Add other ingredients and cook for 1 1/2-2 hours

Serve with shrimp, scallops, calamari, etc.
