Broccoli and Cauliflower Casserole

Ingredients
- 10 ounces frozen broccoli, chopped
- 10 ounces frozen cauliflower
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 250 grams cream cheese
- 1/2 cup fine dry breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Preparation
Step 1
Cook broccoli and cauliflower.
Make white sauce with butter, flour and milk. Add cream cheese and heat until cheese is melted.
Pour sauce over cooked vegetables and stir well.
Pour vegetable mixture into a greased 9 x 13 pan.
Combine bread crumbs, parmesan cheese and butter and sprinkle over top of casserole.
Bake at 350F for 1 hour.
