Easy Creamy Cheesy Chicken Casserole

Ingredients

• 2 Chicken Breasts - Cooked and Diced
• 1 Cup of Sour Cream
• Pinch of Salt
• Pinch of pepper
• 1 Can of Cream of Chicken Soup
• 1 Cup of Ritz Crackers Crumbs
• 1 Cup of Medium Cheddar Cheese
• 1/2 Stick of Butter - Melted

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350
In a greased 8x8 dish place chicken
In a bowl combine the following - sour cream, pepper, salt, cream of chicken soup, and cheddar cheese
Spread sour cream mixture on top of the chicken
Sprinkle ritz crackers on top of the sour cream mixture and drizzle butter on top
Bake uncovered for 25 - 30 minutes ( it should be a warmed through)
