Almond Sugar Valentine Cookies

Using a cake mix for cookies ensures a perfectly soft and chewy cookie every time! You're gonna love these Almond Sugar Valentine Cookies!
Ingredients
- 1 box white cake mix
- 1/2 cup oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
- 1/3 cup Valentine’s non-pareils
- 1/3 cup Valentine’s micro heart sprinkles
- 1/2 cup Valentine’s Sixlets candy
- or any other red, pink or white small candies you can think of!

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line two cookie sheets with silicone baking mats or mist lightly with cooking spray. Set aside.
In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, oil, eggs and almond extract with a rubber spatula until blended. Stir in the different sprinkles and the Sixlets candies to combine.
Portion heaping tablespoonfuls of dough evenly on the baking sheets, about 1″ apart. Bake for approx. 8-10 minutes, rotating pans halfway through baking time, or until centers are set and edges are lightly golden. Cool on the pans for about 5 minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely
