Asparagus And Sun Dried Tomatos On BBQ

Note: Got this off the Food Network and it's good.
Ingredients
- 2 Bunches Asparagus, Split Lengthwise
- 2 Tablespoon Chopped Fresh Garlic, Chopped
- 1/4 Cups Vegetable Oil
- 3 Tsp Salt
- 2 Tsp Ground Pepper
- 2 Tablespoon Rosemary, Chopped
- 2 Tablespoon Thyme, Chopped
- 1 Jar Julienne Sun Dried Tomatoes, 8 Oz Jar In Oil - Drained
- 12 Shiitake Mushroom Caps, Stemmed & Minced

Preparation
Step 1
Add asparagus in a large bowl with all, except the mushrooms and sun dried tomatoes, mix together.
Place them on the BBQ, 3 to 4 minutes - return to bowl.
sauté mushrooms if you use them and then add to the bowl with the sun dried tomatoes add to bowl and serve
