- 1/2 Cup Unsalted Butter (1 stick) @ room temperature
- 1 Egg large

Preparation
Step 1
1. Line baking sheet with parchment paper, set aside. Transfer coconut, chips and nuts from jar to small bowl and stir to combine, set aside.
2.Remove bags from jar and place contents in a medium bowl. Add butter, Cream with electric mixer until light and fluffy, Add egg and vanilla, beating until combined. Add flour mixture from jar. Beat only until incorporated, Stir in coconut mixture by hand. Chill dough for 1 hour.
3.Preheat oven to 350 degrees, drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls onto prepared baking sheet, 2 inches apart. Bake 7 to 8 minutes or until edges are beginning to turn golden brown. Cool 5 minutes on baking sheet, transfer cookies to wire rack to cool completely.Store in a air tight container.
