Ingredients
- 1 cup of uncooked small pasta shells
- 2 celery ribs - thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup carrots - thinly sliced
- 1 medium onion - chopped
- 1 garlic clove - minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 can cannelloni beans - rinsed and drained
- 2 cups spinach
- parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- salt
- pepper

Step 1
1. Cook the pasta according to the directs on the package
2. Chop the onion, celery, and carrots. Sauté in a pan with olive oil and garlic for about 5 minutes.
3. In a large pot, combine the water, chicken or vegetable broth, diced tomatoes, beans, parsley, rosemary, and the salt and pepper to taste. Boil for about 10 minutes.
4. Combine the spinach, vegetables, and pasta into the large pot and simmer until the spinach is wilted.
5. Serve with some parmesan cheese
