Apple Blossom Cake

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cup wesson oil
• 2 cups sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/2 teaspoon cloves nutmeg
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 3 cups flour
• 1 1/2 cups nuts
• 1 small jar marchino cherrie
• 3 cups fresh diced apples

Preparation

Step 1

Mix wesson oil, sugar, cinnamon, clovers, nutmeg, eggs, vanilla& apples in large bowl, sift flour, soda, salt, add small amount at a time.be sure to mix thoroughly. Add nuts & cherries. Cook in angle pan, floured and greased Bake 11/2 hours at 300F.
