Chicken and Spinach Bake

Ingredients
- 1-14.5 oz can italian style tomatoes
- 1 T olive oil
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1-10oz pkg chopped spinach
- 3 c. chopped chicken breast
- 8 oz uncooked rigatoni
- 1-8oz container chive and onion cream cheese
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/2 t pepper
- 1 1/2 c. shredded mozzarella

Preparation
Step 1
Prepare rigatoni according to package. Spread oil on bottom of 11 x 7 baking dish add onion in a single layer. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes. Transfer onion to a large bowl and set aside. Drain chopped spinach well pressing between 2 paper towels. Stir rigatoni spinach chicken and next 4 ingredients into onion in bowl. Spoon mixtrure into baking dish and sprinkle evenly with shredded mozzarella cheese. Bake covered at 375 for 30 minutes uncover and bake 15 more minutes or until bubbly.
