Ingredients
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1/4 cup 1% low-fat milk
- 1/4 cup low-fat sour cream
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup mashed banana
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cake flour
- 2/3 cup Splenda sugar substitute
- 1 1/4 cups Fiber One Honey Clusters cereal, crushed
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
