Ken's Chicken Alfredo with Angel Hair Pasta

Ingredients
- 1 package of boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 1 shallot chopped
- 1 small onion chopped
- 4 cloves garlic chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 can mushrooms, stems and pieces, drained
- 1 cube chicken bouillon
- 1/2 can water
- 1 jar alfredo sauce
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- Angel Hair pasta cooked as directed

Preparation
Step 1
Saute shallot and onions in olive oil for 2 minutes add garlic for another 2 minutes
De-fat the thighs and chop into 1 inch squares
salt and pepper thighs to tast
add thighs to the pan and saute 5 minutes
add mushrooms
add water and chicken bouillon, simmer until chicken is done.
When chicken is done add the alfredo sauce anc cheese
Cook until bubbly
Serve over pasta
