Ingredients
- 1 kg salmon (from Costco, preferably)
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp liquid honey
- 1 1/2 tbsp Dijon or grainy mustard
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1-2 tsp sesame seeds

Step 1
Preheat oven to 425oF. Place salmon on a foil-lined baking dish. In a bowl, stir vinegar with honey, mustard and oil. Spoon over salmon. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake in center of oven until fish flakes with a fork, about 20 minutes.
