Coconut Custard Pie

Ingredients
- 4 Tbsps (1/2 stick) butter, melted
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 2 Tbsps all- purpose flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup shredded sweetened coconut
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 1 9 inch unbaked pie crust

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. In a large bowl combine melted butter, eggs , flour, sugar, coconut, and milk. Pour into pie shell. Bake until firm, about 45-60 minutes.
