Ingredients
- 3 cans albacore tuna
- 1 package egg noodles
- 1 carrot, (shredded on cone #1)
- 1/2 pound mushrooms, sliced on cone #4
- 1 zucchini, shredded on cone #2
- 1 jar alfredo sauce
- 1 package petite peas
- 1 small container of sour cream
- 1/2 to 1 lb. of your favorite cheese

Preparation
Step 1
In 12 inch oil core. Cover bottom with Alfredo sauce about 1.3 jar, add noodles over the sauce. Mix all ingredients left together EXCEPT cheese, LEAVE JUICE in tuna when mixing, then pour mixture over the noodles. Cook at 325 degrees for 10 minutes, turn pan to 250 for 25 minutes then add cheese for the last 10- minutes. Let stand for 5-10 minutes then serve!
