Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs Round or Sirloin Steak
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • Salt, to taste
  • 1/4 tsp black Pepper
  • 1 Green Pepper, seeded and sliced
  • 1 ) 15oz can diced Tomatoes
  • 3 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 large Onion, peeled and sliced
  • 8 oz fresh mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
  • 1 ) 10oz pkg frozen Green Beans, french style, thawed

Preparation

Step 1

Trim and discard and fat from beef, cut the meat into short thin strips

Add the steak strips, flour, salt and pepper to the slow cooker; stir to coat the steak in the seasoned flour.

Add the rest of the ingredients to the slow cooker. Stir to combine. Cover and cook on low 8 hours. Stir and taste for seasoning; add more salt and pepper if desired.
