Jalapeño spinach

Ingredients
- 1 10 oz pkg frozen chopped spinach
- 3 tbsp onion
- 6 Tbsp butter divided
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 cup eveporated milk
- 1/4 cup reserved spinach licqued
- 1/4 tsp red pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic salt
- 1 tsp worcestershir
- 1/2 brick pepper jack cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Cook spinach in boiling water. Drain Spinach well reserving 1/4 cup water
Sauté onion in 3 Tbsp butter. Blend in flour with spoon. Slowly add milk, spinach water and seasonings. Cook until thick. Add spinach and cheese (cut into small pieces). Stir until melted.
