Ingredients
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 heaping teaspoon pumpkin spice (or mixture of cinnamon and nutmeg)
- 2 eggs
- 4 tablespoons coconut manna
- 1/2 teaspoon liquid Stevia
- 1 1/2 medium zucchini, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Mix all ingredient well.
Pour mixture into a generously greased 8" X 8" baking dish.
Bake for 18 minutes.
