Grilled Halibut

Ingredients
- 2 lbs fresh halibut fillet, cut into 6-8 oz portions
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- freshly ground pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Brush halibut on both sides with olive oil and season to taste with salt and pepper. Place on the grill and cook for 5-6 minutes. Turn carefully and cook for another 5-6 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork.
Top with Grilled Pineapple Salsa.
