Ingredients
- 1 can (7.5-oz) low sodium Sockeye salmon, drained
- 1 cup mashed potatoes
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1 green onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons Mrs. Dash chicken grilling blend
- 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons unsalted butter

Preparation
Step 1
Mix together all ingredients except flour and butter.
Mix well and form into patties.
Place flour on a plate and dredge patties in flour.
Over medium heat, melt butter and add patties. Saute evenly on both sides until nicely browned, about 5 minutes per side.
Serve as an appetizer or as a main course with broccoli.
