Ingredients

  • Topping:
  • 1/3 c. butter or margarine
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 c. potato starch
  • 1/2 c. cake mael
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 c. blueberries
  • 2 tblsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350.
Grease a muffin pan.
Bake for 35 minutes.

1. Cream butter & sugar.
2. Add eggs one at a time.
3. Add vanilla.
4. Add cake mael, potato starch & salt.
5. Fold in blubeerries.
6. Place in muffin tin.
7. Sprinkle with topping & bake.
