Mexican Tuna Salad

Ingredients
- 6 oz can Albacore white tuna (may use chicken), flaked
- 11 oz corn kernels
- 15 oz black beans, drained and rinsed
- 3/4 C red pepper diced
- 3/4 C sweet onion
- 1 jalapeno minced
- 1/4 C red wine vinegar
- 1 Tsp olive oil
- fresh basil to taste
- Salad greens

Preparation
Step 1
- Mix all salad ingredients together
- Combine vinegar and oil and toss with salad
- Serve with greens
