Sausage Apple Stuffing

Ingredients
- 1 lb pork sausage
- 1 large cooking apple, chopped
- 1 large onion
- 1 cup celery
- 2 eggs
- 1-1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 boxes Stove Top Savory Herbs stuffing mix

Preparation
Step 1
Prepare stuffing mix per box instructions and set aside.
Combine sausage, apple, onion and celery in frying pan and cook for 10 minutes. Stir in remainder of ingredients including prepared stuffing mix and bake in 9 X 12 baking dish at 350 degrees F for 40-45 minutes.
