Do Nothing Cake (Pineapple Goodie Cake)

Simple to make and stays very moist!

Ingredients

• Cake:
• 2 cups flour
• 2 cups sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp. baking soda
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 1 – 20 oz. can crushed pineapple, undrained
• Topping:
• 1 stick butter
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 can (5.5 oz) evaporated milk
• 1 cup chopped nuts
• 1 cup coconut

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all cake ingredients together and mix with spoon (not mixer). Pour into 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes or until center is done.

Topping: Combine butter, sugar, milk in small saucepan. Cook 5 minutes. Add nuts and coconut. Spoon on cake while hot.
