  • 21/2 cups flour
  • 12/3 cups sugar
  • 11/4 tsp baking powder
  • 11/4 tsp baking soda
  • 2/3 cup butter (melted)
  • 2/3 cup sour milk
  • 11/4 cups mashed bananas
  • 3 eggs (beaten)

DIRECTIONS:
Bananas should be firm, medium yellow with brown spots. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 2-3 bread pans. Mix in bowl flour, sugar, baking powder, and baking soda. In another bowl, mix butter, milk, bananas, and eggs. Add to ingredients in first bowl. Fill bread pans and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
