Pork Tenderloin with Horseradish Sauce (skinny)

Ingredients
- 1/2 t steak seasoning
- 1/2 t dried rosemary
- 1/2 t dried thyme
- 1 pork tenderloin (3/4 lb)
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled and quartered
- 1 t balsamic vinegar
- 1 t olive oil
- Horseradish Sauce
- 2 T fat free mayo
- 2 T fat free sour cream
- 1 t horseradish
- 1/8 t grated lemon peel
- dash salt and pepper

Preparation
Step 1
In a small bowl, combine the steak seasoning, rosemary, thyme; rub over meat. Using the point of a sharp knife, make eight slits in the tenderloin. Insert the garlic cloves into slits. Place meat on a rack in a foil lined shallow roasting pan. Drizzle with vinegar and oil.
Bake uncovered at 350 for 30-40 min or until thermometer reads 160. Let stand for 10 min before slicing. Meanwhile combine the sauce ingredients and serve with pork.
