BACON, CHEESE & POTATO CHOWDER

- 3 cups milk
- 1 1/2 cup creamy mashed potatoes (heavy cream)
- 1 1/2 cups shredded shape cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked diced potatoes
- 2 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
- 2 green onions thinly sliced

Step 1
Mix milk and mash potatoes in a large saucepan. Stir in potatoes and 1 cup of shredded cheese (reseve remaining cheese for garnish). Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally; then simmer on medium-low for 10 minutes stirring frequently.
Serve topped with cheese, bacon and onions.
