Cabbage Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 cabbage chopped or 2 bags of pre-shredded
- 1 lb ground meat (turkey can be used) cooked
- 1 16 oz can of diced tomatoes
- 1 can of rotel
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 Tbsp chili powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup raw rice

Preparation
Step 1
Brown meat in skillet. Drain. Mix with rest of ingredients and bake in covered casserole dish for 30 - 45 minutes
at 350 degrees.
