Desserts - Banana Fluff

Ingredients
- Crust:
- 1 cup self rising flour; 1/2 cup pecans; 1 stick melted butter
- Ingredients for the fluff:
- 8 oz soft cream cheese
- 1/2 cup confectioners sugar
- 7 oz instant vanilla pudding
- 2 cups milk
- 1 - 8 oz Cool Whip
- 2 bananas

Preparation
Step 1
Crust:
Mix the above ingredients together and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Allow to cool.
Fluff:
After baking the crust mix allow it to cool
completely. Slice the bananas and lay over the
crust. Mix the cream cheese and sugar together.
Then add the vanilla pudding and milk and beat
until the mixture is creamy. Fold in the Cool
Whip. Spread this mixture over the bananas.
